The jurisdiction required judges take decisions based in trial, used the experience rules' and scientific knowledge, with the purpose establish the main elements of sound judgment on probation valuation critic im health in the probation value and it's apply the analytical and descriptive method, to the documentary modality and survey type in simple frequency scale it's taking how united analysis' five magistrate, seventeenjudge and thirty lawyer which resulted throw one hundred magistrate, seventy five judge and seventy five litigants apply experience rules to the evaluation of proof. Moreover, the investigation results' could be to interpreter by thejudicial operators since different perspectives in the evaluation of proof.
