International bioethical principles were respected throughout the research.

Results:

There is a relationship with statistical significance (p≤0,05) between psychosocial risks and job satisfaction at work, the dimension of psychosocial risk with higher risk is psychological demand (x:11,24; DP: 3,06) and dual presence (x: 3,23; DP: 1,90) and the factor in which less satisfaction is perceived is the physical work environment (x: 4,32 DP: 1,77).
