LONDONO JARAMILLO, Mabel. DEBERES Y DERECHOS PROCESALES EN EL ESTADO SOCIAL DE DERECHO. Opin. jurid. [online]. 2007, vol.6, n.11, pp.69-86. ISSN 1692-2530.
The jurisdictional process from the social State of Law acquires a new perspective for it has to orientate itself towards obtaining the goals set by the Constitution in order to ensure the pacific coexistence and the validity of a just order. That implies a change in the paradigms that are in the imaginaries of the forum operators: the judge as well as the parties and their attorneys. If the judge is expected to bring forth a decision that would permeate the social texture by demanding upon him not only to solve the juridical conflicts but also to watch over the respect towards the fundamental rights, it is also expected from the parties and their attorneys to comply with the duties and obligations, such as collaborating with the correct performance of the justice administration and adopting an ethical and moral behavior that would correspond to the directories that are marked by their principles of good faith and procedural loyalty.
