This article presents a theoretical base about the dynamics of clusters studying different forces determinant of growing of this agglomerations. The departure is the cluster structure shaped by components and relationships and then forces endogenous and exogenous are studied, including in the former attracting and propulsion. The evolution of clusters is analyzed and Anally this paper concludes with the life cycle of cluster. This article is supported in empirical evidence derivate of different researches of Latin America and namely products of researching in Caribbean Coast of Colombia.
