MEJIA BUSTAMANTE, Carlos  e  URREA HENAO, Ana Lucía. Confidence  at the classroom as a transformer axis of school world. sophia [online]. 2015, vol.11, n.2, pp.223-236. ISSN 1794-8932.

A survey performed by the  Secretary of Municipal Education of Armenia city, showed difficulty levels regarding confidence and school treatment. From such results the School of Education Management and Development –EGIDA (Spanish abbreviation), retook these two variables and explored how confidence and interpersonal treatment are experienced in grades with unique teachers, grades with teachers per area, and in family scope, in order to produce  reflection processes and alternatives to transform dynamics at the classroom.  Findings from the research carried out by the School of Pedagogy at La Gran Colombia University, Armenia Office, show that regarding confidence, both in grades with unique teachers, teachers per area, and in family scope, there is no construction of solid ties of confidence and proper treatment, which aspects are fundamental in building pedagogic dynamics that encourage and promote learning processes; a tutoring exercise was performed at some schools in order to propose and see confidence construction means, and a change of teacher behavior  at dealing with students, expecting  a positive impact on school environment, cooperation at the classroom, the will to remain at the classroom, and learning environment.  All of the above surges from current need of making education an event  which  impacts individual and social life of students.  It supposes  understanding that education is a human event,  which fundamental core is construction of human dialogue to produce confidence networks, alternatives for   classroom re-enchantment, parting from a cohabitation with a sense that promotes  learning strength, which hopefully will bring  a transformed and transformer society, deeply human and solidary.  In this manner, a sincere stake for confidence construction at the classroom and a fraternal gesture is expected to become a great and unpostponable  opportunity to re-enchant the classroom for a different social order.
