ROMAN-CARDENAS, Angie Paola; PINILLOS-GUZMAN, Mariana Andrea; LOPEZ-RODRIGUEZ, Claudia Johana  e  LAVERDE-GALLEGO, Diana Janneth. Systemic clinical supervision in confinement by Covid 19: a systematization of experiences in the training of therapists. Rev. eleuthera [online]. 2023, vol.25, n.1, pp.33-51.  Epub 27-Nov-2023. ISSN 2011-4532.  https://doi.org/10.17151/eleu.2023.25.1.3.

Objective:

To understand the configuration of training and reflexive processes in systemic clinical supervision mediated by virtual technologies to promote self-organization in the situation of confinement by COVID-19.

Methodology:

A systematization of experiences was carried out using learning process cards, self-referential protocols and reflective team as instruments.

Results:

Learning, challenges and dilemmas around clinical supervision mediated by virtual technologies were defined as a scenario to navigate human dilemmas and as a growth scenario for the supervisory team, therapists in training and consulting systems.

Conclusions:

Supervision in times of Covid-19 is recognized as an emancipatory process of standardized practices open to possibilities of change due to the pandemic which demands a genuine paradigmatic internalization with a view to recognizing the initial reluctance, blocks and fears which looked askance at the opening to virtual technologies in a clinical setting.
