The work focuses on justifying that the argumentative minima are evaluation criteria based on the idea of the rational decision. It is a basic research, developed from the analysis and synthesis of doctrine and jurisprudence, which, as an essential conclusion, shows a catalogue of argumentative minima that a decision must contain in order to be considered reasonable.
