The Human Body Movement Department of the National University of Colombia recognized the need to make its presence in the space of the primary schools through a university practice. This research aboard the recognition that the experiences of linkage of the schools with health sector are diversified and, despite the eventual common references at the discourse, is usual to find mentions to a tense relationship between health and education frequently related to a very vertical imposition of aims, process and actions lead by health despite different education positions. The document aims to introduce concepts and strategies towards a critical and strategic vision, at the same time that proposes elements for the articulation proposals design, that gives a central place to the need to define a common subject that could orient the sense of the actions around the concept of autonomy promotion. In order to achieve that, a proposal is built to promote reflections around four aspects: the process of knowledge building and the incorporation of elements that belongs to the new paradigm, the health conception as a historical process centered at the social relationships that are reflected in a substantial way in individuals and groups, the body vision and the body movement beyond the effects of the deterioration of the quality of life and the place of the education in the building of autonomous subjects.
