The attendance of legislators comming from overseas in the cohorts of Cadiz was scarce due to the conditions they had in the colonies. Despite the problems important people comming form America arrived to the gaditana capital. One of them was the great intellectual Miguel Ramos Arizpe. There is a complete review done about his political life from his first studies through his participation in discussions on the Constitution of 1812. Then he would be a future seed of what would happen later with the constitutions of Mexico. The work focuses mostly on his active participation during the constitutional period, focusing on his participation and ideologies. As a result, it is recognized eives the ignorance prevailing in the peninsula on the overseas territories, both geographically and politically and economically. During the exhibition of his ideal ones there is perceived the big love that our protagonist takes as his native territory, describing his kindness with big passion and showing special worry for the problems of his world, in addition to giving interest to the creation of an egalitarian society who was eliminating the system of castes. His experiences during the Spanish Parliament of Cadiz and later captivity during the years that continue to the constitutional process would perform vital importance to explain his active participation during the first constitutional Mexican times, being one of the writers of the Mexican Constitution of 1824, where there were the main thoughts that he organized and lead in the constitutional process from Cadiz.
