The agricultural sector is a strategic sector for the sovereignty of a country, because it is the natural source of food and raw materials required by the society to meet basic needs. This article aims to reflect the evolution of public policies related to agriculture. We reviewed published expert papers in the last thirty years, It is concluded that the current policy of the Colombian government has followed to the letter?
