Brain training programs for children are increasingly popular. The main objective of the study was to conduct a systematic review of cognitive trainThing in children with ADHD. A search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, EBSCO, ELSEVIER, ERIC, SciELO, Redalyc, PsycINFO, MEDLINE, DOAJ, Latindex and Dialnet, as well as in search engines such as Google Scholar. e documents had to be published between 2013 and 2018. A maximum of 50 studies was agreed upon for each neurocognitive training program and the population un-der study consisted of children and adolescents with ADHD. Most studies on neurocognitive training report that Cogmed, Lumosity, Learning Rx, CogniFit, TDAH Kids Trainer, BrainHQ, Captain’s Log Mind Power Builder, Engage, ETAM, Jungle Memory, MeMotiva Junior and TEAMS are very useful. The first five programs are the most used, while six of the aforementioned programs are aimed at the neurocognitive training of children with ADHD. Scientific evidence is needed to support the usefulness of neurocognitive training programs in children with ADHD.
