Among the results it is indicated that these capacities can be mediated through qualitative and quantitative variables using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Fuzzy Logic, Hierarchical Analysis Processes, among others; However, each company can adopt its own tool to measure its capabilities taking into account the characteristics and variables of each sector to which it belongs. Finally, it is concluded that the issue is relevant for organizations, as the Technological Innovation Capabilities, potentialize innovation, technological development, knowledge generation, research and, therefore, generate competitive advantages and better business performance.
