Based on the above, a documentary review of publications in academic databases between 2010 to 2021 was carried out, starting from the qualitative method with a hermeneutic-interpretive role. An analysis was carrying out from the academic referents, determining the importance of these studies in criminal investigation, criminology and victimology contexts.
