In this article the author discusses what the procedure for Economy European Union, and the impact it has had in resolving conflicts. Also, given the circumstances of the momentum in Congress for implementing the payment procedure, through the efforts of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law. This implies that is a current issue and national importance, which must be discussed openly and objectively, in order to become law of the Republic.
