RIOS-CORDOBA, Diana Carolina et al. Malignant phyllodes tumor with angiosarcomatous. CES Med. [online]. 2022, vol.36, n.2, pp.132-139.  Epub Oct 04, 2022. ISSN 0120-8705.  https://doi.org/10.21615/cesmedicina.6808.

Malignant phyllodes tumors (TF) are rare. Little has been described in the literature on angiosarcomatous differentiation of a malignant TF. We report the case of a 25 years old woman with a malignant phyllodes tumor of high grade with angiosarcomatous differentiation and axillary involvement. She was managed with modified radical mastectomy and adjuvant radiotherapy. A discussion of the case and review of the literature was made.

Keywords : phyllodes tumor; breast neoplasms; hemangiosarcoma.
