THE 2021 PHYSICS NOBEL PRIZE AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF COMPLEX PHYSICAL SYSTEMS

On this occasion, to commemorate the Nobel Prize in Physics winners, it is a great honor to publish the invited paper "THE 2021 PHYSICS NOBEL PRIZE AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF COMPLEX PHYSICAL SYSTEMS" as a letter to the editor, written by professors Ernesto P. Raposo, Anderson S. L. Gomes, and Cid B. de Araújo from the Department of Phyisics of the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil.

They themselves, in their research group, "have helped to pursue the idea of using random lasers as a statistical platform to study the various challenging aspects of complex systems."

On behalf of the Editorial Committee of MOMENTO Revista de Física, we want to thank the professors Ernesto P. Raposo, Anderson S. L. Gomes, and Cid B. de Araújo for their kindness and contribution.
