Abstract

The edu-communication is consolidated as a dialogue field that puts in movement vast structures. this is the hypothesis adopted in this article whose author identifies four articulated movements that guarantee the specific nature of the field: qualified reception, popular education, collective articulation to social change, and in recent years, the awareness that educommunication is a collective right reached through the action of several non-governmental organizations taking it as an action methodology, and through global programme of public policies as well. Several Brazilian projects trying to transform education through some methodology closer to the meaning of edu-communication given by the popular movement are analyzed here.
