This research paper based on International Human Rights Law (IHRL) aims to characterize the following aspects: history, principles, sources, International Law and Regional Right, treaty interpretation and conclusions. In order to make this study possible, a hermeneutic and interpretative methodology based on the referenced literature, as well as its dissemination and reaffirmation of international human rights law bases, were conducted, considering the dignity of the human person which is a foundation and a central element of Human Rights.
