Scientific research and professional practice must be governed by ethical that ensure the reliability of the results. Despite the significance of ethics, bioethics, and scientific integrity (REBSI) in advancing science, the academic world often overlooks their importance. This paper aims to reflect on conceptual strategies related to (REBSI) for the training of postgraduate medicinal students. Through a reflective essay, key aspects of (REBSI) are discussed. The conclusion emphasizes the need to strengthen (EIBIC) education in Colombia by implementing curricular and institutional reforms and expanding content related to (REBSI), which is essential for sound professional practice in medicine.
