Nanotechnology presents significant ethical challenges, particularly in health, safety, and privacy. This qualitative analysis thoroughly explores the ethical implications and social justice concerns surronding its potential applications in medicine, energy, and informatics. It focuses on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks, higlighting the need to balance technological efficacy with personal data security. This paper advocates for a multidisciplinary approach to policy development, aimed at mitigating risks and ensuring that technological advancements are both equitable and safe. The importance of responsible governance and prioritizing human and environmental well-being is emphasized to ensure that nanotechnology progresses ethically and benefits socieaty as a whole. Furthermore, the discussion underscores the role of regulations, contriol mechanisms, citizen participation, and corporate social responsibility in promoting transparency and social justice.
