Attitudes towards food are those beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors in relation to food that lead to different eating disorders and pathologies. Currently, there are studies on eating disorders, but few comprehensively and specifically address the habits, thoughts and attitudes that constitute a serious problem for people’s health. Indeed, the objective of this research is to analyze the attitudes towards food in female university students between the ages of 18 and 25 in the city of Bucaramanga. The study was carried out with a sample of 44 female students from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana between the ages of 18 and 25, in which a descriptive analysis was carried out through the EAT-26 scale, which allowed observing the risk or state of the women. with such attitudes. It was found that 56.81% of the respondents are at risk of eating disorders. In the associations that were made, no statistical relevance was found, which means that there is no association between having a risky diet pattern and developing risk of eating disorders, nor with bulimia and oral control.
