Abstract

This paper shows the results of a research, which assessed the impact of Digital Citizen Program in incorporating ICT in an institution from Piedecuesta, Santander (Colombia). The research used a qualitative methodology with data collected from teachers, ICFES, academic system and institution’s area plans, compared with the curriculum of the course ICT competent official teachers. Results indicates that the impact has been positive (except in Mathematics) in the quality of state tests.
