Abstract

In this paper, the more important results obtained in the analysis of observability loss for Induction motors working in zero and proximities of zero speed are reviewed. The problems in Sensorless Control and the analytic tools to study the nonlinear observability for inductions motors are described; finally, important results reported about the observability of induction motors are analyzed.
