Abstract

SALCEDO, ROBIN  and  CORREA, RODRIGO. SICOMPC: SIMULATOR FOR MODEL PREDICTIVE CONTROL. Dyna rev.fac.nac.minas [online]. 2008, vol.75, n.156, pp.89-98. ISSN 0012-7353.

This article describes the software SICOMPC created for the simulation of a predictive control system. A model predictive control (MPC) and a dynamic matrix control (DMC) were the predictive control strategy used in this software. The ideal PID compensator was also implemented for comparison purpose. Stability and robustness were the comparison criteria.
