This culture also entails integrating management systems to prevent risks at work, protect the environment, and maintain quality, professional ethics, leadership, values, intellectual capital, continuous improvement, and social responsibility. People support this culture, workers being one of the main assets of companies. Human resources management will be the key to achieving sustainable development and business excellence.
