In this paper, we focus on the practical aspects of the formulation of industrial mixtures efficiently. Proposing a working strategy that integrates the design of experiments and the PDCA cycle, from the point of view of the experimenter, rather than from theoretical perspective, develop to define the experimental plan, get the data and adjust a statistically significant and high practical significance model.
