Developed countries have implemented sustainable development policies specifically in Sustainable Consumption and Production. The green procurement process is often considered critical for the adequate performance of the supply chain because it manages and guarantees the acquisition of the products / services so that the company fulfills its missionary activities, generating economic benefits, mitigating the effects of its activities in the environment and society. This article, presents a model for the green procurement process, based on a tool for the modeling of complex discrete event systems called Coloured Petri Nets (CPN).
