This paper presents an approach to the different relationship scenarios that are evident in terms of collaborative work among actors that are part of the Agro-industrial Innovation System in the Middle Magdalena region of Santander region, highlighting the importance it implies for policyholders decisions, have this type of information when defining plans, programs, projects and guidelines that contribute to the economic, social and environmental strengthening of the region. The methodology used to generate the scenarios that have been obtained, has been based as much on the search of literature as on the approach to actors of the system and the use of the MACTOR prospective method. The results that have been achieved show the need to generate greater collaborative efforts among producers, governments, and other institutions such as the United Nations Organization.
