Abstract

TKACHC, Volodymyr V.; OJANI, Reza; NECHYPORUK, Vasyl'V.  and  YAGODYNETS, Petró I.. The mathematical description for the sensor of dopamine, based on carbon paste electrode, modified by nanotubes and banana tissues. Rev. colomb. cienc. quim. farm. [online]. 2015, vol.44, n.1, pp.58-71. ISSN 0034-7418.  https://doi.org/10.15446/rcciquifa.v44n1.54238.

In this work, the function of the electrochemical dopamine sensor, based on carbon paste electrode, modified by nanotubes and banana tissues, is mathematically described. The correspondent mathematical model was analyzed by means of linear stability theory and bifurcation analysis. The modeling, besides of explaining the sensor's behavior, gives the additional information, like dependence of the work of the sensor of the type of banana used.

Keywords : carbon-based materials; banana; dopamine; electrochemical sensors; mathematical modeling.
