The diagnosis by images of image uterine adenomyosis has been very well described, specially the findings of this entity in M.R.I We present an unusual case of uterine adenomyosis in a leiomyoma, which in M:R:I resembles the presence of uterine malformation of the type Bicornis Unicolis.
