Objetives: Múltiple Correspondence Analysis has been used to characterize an inpatient psychiatríc group. The procedure allows differentiating five groups with specific diagnostic and prognostic characteristics. Usefullness of this method is emphasized in order to detect typologies by clinicians who treat this kind of patients.
