In this article a self sustained method of medical care named Cognitive Medicine is proposed. The model is characterized by its capacity to perceive the patient in all its dimensions physical, psychological, social and spiritual and to respond with effective and comprehensive care. Additionally, the model explains multiple feedback mechanisms to continually self-assess, self-repair and self generate.
