^les^aIntroducción: La psicoterapia implica para el terapeuta un largo camino de refl exión conjunta entre colegas, a fin de responder a las necesidades de pacientes que sufren patologías mentales complejas y en cuyo tratamiento es fundamental tomar en consideración tanto las particularidades de su mundo interno, como las del entorno. Objetivo: Compartir una forma de llevar a cabo el oficio de la psicoterapia. Desarrollo: El tratamiento "a la carta" es una invitación a pensar que es posible hacer uso de los recursos con los que contamos para construir una propuesta terapéutica plural considerando las personas, los lugares y el móvil, de forma que se ajuste a los requerimientos del paciente y de su familia, favoreciendo no sólo el pronóstico, sino la vida misma de los implicados.^len^aIntroduction: For the therapist psychotherapy means an extended journey of thinking together with colleagues to be able to respond to the needs of patients suffering from complex mental pathologies, and in the treatment of which it is necessary to take into consideration the peculiarities both of their inner world and of their environment.
