Abstract

Distinction between changes near and far from equilibrium is significant when considering legal system as a complex dynamic system. Despite this importance, up to now there is no a legal equilibrium available in order to be properly used into a context of legal dynamics theories. This paper focused on the foundation of the legal equilibrium concept and stresses out some of the difficulties involved.
