The regulation of the fliation in the Cuban law manifests some shades hard to ignore. The legal basis of the fliation are established on a languid normative support which has motivated a juridical protection characterized as laconic, fragmented and antinomic; in addition to its doctrinal orphanage during the last decades. It becomes a maze for the Cuban practitioners of the law. However, the regulations about the fliation do not stop to show peculiar shades due to the environment where it is developed.
