This work studies the acts of corruption of Interbolsa and other companies, based on the hypothesis that to counteract illegal acts it is not only necessary the punitive angle of private law, but that of prevention and regulation of private law rules. This is based on the idea that, from a prepunitive angle, it is possible to have a greater control over the corporate loyalty and trust duties necessary to remove the high degree of financial fraud and corporate corruption.
