Heart failure is one of the most important causes of cardiovascular death, as consequence of arterial hypertension or coronary heart disease. Dyspnea and legs edema are the commonest symptoms of congestive heart failure, but there are important symptoms in Cor Pulmonale, too. This paper propose some distinctive clues to differential diagnosis.
