The purpose of this theoretical article is to present a model of psychological intervention in persons who have faced a traumatic event. Antecedents depart from the authoress' experience in this field and a critical review of the pertinent literature for these interventions. This model in based on three axes: resilience, logotherapy and narrative. The latest within cognitive therapy. This article explains each of the components and indicates that intervention in the first instance must be an accompaniment, and only if needed, a psychotherapeutic intervention must be done.
