Abstract

The anxiety is a normal process adjusts at circumstances that generate discomfort or declares a challenge for who is a victim of it and it can turn in adaptsless in some circumstances. Within of the discomfort indicative of anxiety, some of the symptoms have relationship with balance and inner ear. Frequently it is find relation between the symptomatology neuropsychiatric and otoryinologist. International data so show this situation. In Colombia have not information specific in the matter, although there is information about of individuals pathologies. The treatment of these patients have to be also with at the disposal of great quantity of clinical and paraclinical information according to suspect diagnosis and with the patient it is assessment indicators of real achievement.Income or the order of appearance of the symptomatology between the prominently psychiatric and otologist is up-and-down and appear circular. Look these symptoms since the psychiatry or ORL in a boarding frequently is insufficient and need integration of knowledge. With that objective have been explained explicatives theories in many senses and also has been added news diagnostics categories. The treatments are a cluster of possibilities that includes the fitting out physical therapy and vestibular rehabilitation, psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy where the use of SSRIs is recommended
