Frequently it is find relation between the symptomatology neuropsychiatric and otoryinologist. International data so show this situation. The treatment of these patients have to be also with at the disposal of great quantity of clinical and paraclinical information according to suspect diagnosis and with the patient it is assessment indicators of real achievement.Income or the order of appearance of the symptomatology between the prominently psychiatric and otologist is up-and-down and appear circular.
