Some arrhythmias during pregnancy can compromise fetal outcome and hemodynamic stability of the mother. Atrial fibrillation in pregnancy is an infrequent arrhythmia that needs to be recognized at an early stage to prevent cerebral embolism, circulatory disorders, miscarriage and premature delivery. Medical management is not only limited to control the pace or heart rate, or the unstable patient to perform electrical cardioversion, it is also necessary, according to time perform anticoagulation.
