Background. Occupational Therapy field of study has been expanding over the years due to the need to respond to social demands, specifically the occupational needs of individuals, communities and societies considering their strengths and especially the aspects they want to improve. In this regard, it is necessary to work in a deeper way on the issue of justice in the profession. Objective. To analyze the concept "justice" in Occupational Therapy between 2000 and 2014 through different papers and written works that were found in this research. Materials and methods. This study is a documentary research in which a literature review and analysis were made taking into account the concepts found in different papers and their theoretical and practical contribution to the Occupational Therapy field. Results. The concept of justice has joined the field of study of Occupational Therapy, which has made possible to find the categories social justice and occupational justice. Conclusion. It is recommended to continue conceptually building occupational justice by reflecting on the profession and experience provided by the application of these concepts in Occupational Therapy.
