This document presents some results of several research works carried out by the academic community of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia within the context of the academic socialization space taken up by the Vice-Deanship of Research and Extension Activities of the Faculty of Medicine, which for 2019 was called "Third Research Conference". It should be noted that these academic socialization spaces allow the strengthening of formative research, scientific visibility, academic evaluation, and academic dialogue between faculty and university members.
