Abstract

CESPEDES, Rubén. Hegel’s dialectics in Jean Paul Sartre’s “search for a method”. Ideas y Valores [online]. 2017, vol.66, n.164, pp.281-291. ISSN 0120-0062.  https://doi.org/10.15446/ideasyvalores.v66n164.49619.

On the basis of the analysis of the notion of dialectics set forth by Jean-Paul Sartre in “Search for a Method”, the article identifies three characteristics of said notion that were already present in Hegel’s dialectics: the role of reflection, negativity, and the relation between dialectics and subjectivity.

Keywords : G. W. F. Hegel; J.-P. Sartre; dialectics.
