This article accounts involved levels, tendencies, and directions in the formation process of the concepts in sciences and philosophy from Being and Time. It distinguishes immanent categorial operations to the concept formation from the unfolding of the fundamental act of objectivation, identifiable with the thematization and the directions within this execution. It clarifies what it is the Grundhaltung of the philosophy to show that this is characterized by a Gegenbewegung or Gegenzug.
