Abstract

BERMUDEZ C, SERGIO  and  PACHAR, JOSÉ V. Artrópodos asociados a cadáveres humanos en Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá. Rev. Colomb. Entomol. [online]. 2010, vol.36, n.1, pp.86-89. ISSN 0120-0488.

Se registran 22 especies de artrópodos en cadáveres humanos en Ciudad de Panamá, durante los levantamientos de los cuerpos y en las autopsias. Las especies más comunes fueron las moscas Calliphoridae Chrysomya rufifacies, C. megacephala y Cochliomyia macellaria, tanto en etapas inmaduras como adultas. Del mismo modo se pudieron identificar artrópodos omnívoros, parasitoides y depredadores, indicando el grado de información que éstos pudieran dar.
