The main objective of this study is to retrieve the documentary and institutional memory generated by the Areas of Exact and Natural Sciences, Economics, Engineering, and Technology in the University of Antioquia. This documentary study is descriptive and historical-bibliographic in nature and as such bases its searches on primary and secondary sources. The methodology involved the determination of the coverage, the type of materials and its policies, the criteria and standards for the development of bibliographic records, and their input into a database. As a result, it was possible to develop a description of the publications by agencies.
