Through an analysis of the benefits and opportunities of the Moodle-based learning platform of Universidad de la República (UdelaR), the Library of the Faculty of Engineering plans to optimize its user training services according to the international literacy standards. The role of the librarian as educator, tutor and designer of published contents is highlighted.
