Abstract
GALVIS-BERNAL, Lina María. Design of a Knowledge Management Model for the Training Area of the Technology Integration Program for Teaching at the Universidad de Antioquia. Rev. Interam. Bibliot [online]. 2020, vol.43, n.1, e9. ISSN 0120-0976. https://doi.org/10.17533/udea.rib.v43n1ec1.
The objective of this research is to build an effective knowledge management model for the needs of the user training area of the Technology Integration Program, focused on the fulfillment of objectives and process improvement. This work has a qualitative approach and consists initially of a review of the theory and documents of the program. This exploration allowed to build the categories that guided the preparation of two types of semi-structured interviews, one for the members of the program user training area and another for the experts. From the data obtained, a diagnosis was made and the components that were finally included in the model design were identified. As a result, it was found that each institution has particularities that guide the best way to manage knowledge according to their needs and purposes. For the model to be viable, in addition to having technological and communicational resources, it is important that the organization has an organizational structure and a culture for learning that facilitates networking and the use of knowledge.
