Abstract

SANCHEZ-GEY VENEGAS, Juana. MARÍA ZAMBRANO: HER PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO CUBA. Escritos - Fac. Filos. Let. Univ. Pontif. Bolivar. [online]. 2011, vol.19, n.43, pp.423-439. ISSN 0120-1263.

This paper collects the most significant moments of María Zambrano's stay in America, especially, her stay in the island of Cuba, where she had contact with philosophers and writers such as José Lezama Lima and those linked to the group Orígenes. A deep study of her works is developed, trying to recognise the influences received during this stage of her thought.

Keywords : Cuba; Puerto Rico; Lezama Lima; Spanish American Literature; Poetic Reason.
